We offer a flexible 7-day return and exchange window<\/strong> from the date of delivery. If you\u2019re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within this period. Returns or exchanges requested beyond 7 days of delivery may not be accepted. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Products purchased during final clearance sales or using special discount codes may be non-returnable unless received damaged or defective. Returns and exchanges are accepted for reasons such as size issues, incorrect products received, or damage during transit. Customized, altered, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange. Once your request is approved, we will coordinate pickup via our logistics partner or request that you self-ship the product, depending on your location. To ensure smooth processing, the returned product must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n

For hygiene reasons, certain categories like innerwear, face masks, and certain accessories are strictly non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon receipt.     Once we receive the returned product and conduct a quality check, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days<\/strong>. The refund will be issued through the original mode of payment for prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after confirming your account details. Refund timelines may vary slightly during high-volume periods or bank processing delays. You will receive confirmation via email or SMS once your refund is processed. Please note that any original shipping or COD charges are non-refundable. In case of order cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 3\u20135 working days.<\/p>\n

Gift items can only be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value. Refunds for gifted items can only be made to the original purchaser\u2019s payment method. In case of exchanges, any price difference must be paid by the gift recipient if applicable.
