📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed the next working day. During high-volume periods such as sale events, festive seasons, or new launches, processing time may be slightly extended — we appreciate your patience during such times.
Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your shipping details, including a tracking number.
🚚 Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999 or in case of Cash on Delivery (COD), a nominal shipping or handling fee may be applied. The exact amount will be visible at checkout before you confirm your order.
Estimated delivery time:
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 working days
- Other Locations: 5 to 8 working days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 7 to 10 working days

🌍 Service Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through reliable third-party courier partners. In case your location is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative delivery address or full refund.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time. If you face any difficulty tracking your order, please feel free to email us at ladiesloveindia@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

💼 Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact details, and pincode are entered correctly at the time of checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or non-delivery.
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us. A re-shipping fee may apply for a second delivery attempt. Please contact us immediately if you believe there is an error in your shipping information.

Although we deliver across most parts of India, there may be certain non-serviceable zones due to courier limitations or government restrictions (e.g., containment zones or sensitive border areas). In such cases, we will notify you via email or call and work toward a solution, including a full refund or alternate shipping address.
