At Ladies Love, we value your satisfaction and strive to offer a seamless and fair return and exchange process. However, to ensure safety, transparency, and accountability during returns, we kindly request customers to follow the guidelines outlined below.
Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of the order delivery date. This means you have a 72-hour window to initiate your request if the product doesn’t meet your expectations. Requests made beyond this period will be automatically rejected, as we are unable to process late claims due to logistical and inventory limitations. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at ladiesloveindia@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear pictures or video of the product received.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup through a trusted third-party courier service. It is extremely important that you do not hand over the product to anyone until you receive an official pickup confirmation message via SMS or email. We strongly recommend capturing a photo or video while handing over the package, showing the product and package condition clearly. This acts as proof and protects both you and us in case of any discrepancies.
Please note that Ladies Love will not be liable for returns that are misplaced, lost, or collected by unauthorized persons if the above protocol is not followed. We do not encourage handing over parcels to anyone claiming to be a delivery executive unless they have proper identification and you have received the official pickup confirmation from our system.
