🕒 Return & Exchange Window

We offer a flexible 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within this period. Returns or exchanges requested beyond 7 days of delivery may not be accepted. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Products purchased during final clearance sales or using special discount codes may be non-returnable unless received damaged or defective. We kindly request that all returns be initiated through our official customer support email for prompt processing.

🔁 Return/Exchange Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted for reasons such as size issues, incorrect products received, or damage during transit. Customized, altered, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange. All return/exchange requests must be raised via email at ladiesloveindia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Once your request is approved, we will coordinate pickup via our logistics partner or request that you self-ship the product, depending on your location. Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted or processed. Please retain your return receipt or tracking proof until the refund or exchange is completed.

📌 Important Return Guidelines

To ensure smooth processing, the returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • Items should be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
  • Footwear or accessories, if applicable, must be returned in original boxes or pouches.
  • The item must not emit any fragrance, stains, or show signs of wear.
    Returns that fail to meet the above conditions may be rejected and returned to the sender at their own cost. For hygiene reasons, certain categories like innerwear, face masks, and certain accessories are strictly non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the policy terms are violated.

💳 Processing & Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and conduct a quality check, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued through the original mode of payment for prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after confirming your account details. Refund timelines may vary slightly during high-volume periods or bank processing delays. You will receive confirmation via email or SMS once your refund is processed. Please note that any original shipping or COD charges are non-refundable. In case of order cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

🔄 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size or style, we’re happy to help — subject to availability. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Please specify the product you wish to exchange and your preferred replacement size or style. Once we receive the original item and complete the quality check, we will ship the replacement. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the replacement product is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference. If the product you wish to exchange is no longer available, we will offer store credit or a refund, based on your preference.

🎁 Gifts

If you received a Ladies Love item as a gift and wish to return or exchange it, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Gift items can only be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value. The recipient must contact us directly at ladiesloveindia@gmail.com with details of the gift (order number or sender’s name). Refunds for gifted items can only be made to the original purchaser’s payment method. In case of exchanges, any price difference must be paid by the gift recipient if applicable. For privacy reasons, we may not disclose order or payment details to the gift recipient without the original buyer’s consent.
